Founder
Ben Church heads up Paradise Recruitment and is recognised in the industry as a go to specialist globally around Core Banking, Capital Markets, Payments and Trade Finance talent acquisition, client needs and business acumen.
This is due to his understanding of the industry, clients’ needs and knowing at any one time candidate availability which enables “speed to market” mobilisation to the client site. He started his career building a company selling to clients such as BT, Disney, Bennetton and Marie Curie before moving in to the banking space where he has operated for the last 10 years. During this period he founded his own company specialising in the supply of Core Banking and Payments teams to global clients such as BNP Paribas, Temenos, Finastra, PwC and Deloitte.
